Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Our standard minimum order is 10 to 20 pieces per design/colorway, which allows us to offer bulk factory pricing. For special corporate projects or mixed product packages, reach out directly to discuss options.

Question 2

What is the typical production timeline?

Accepted Answer

Standard orders are produced and delivered within 7 to 14 business days following digital mockup and physical sample approval. Rush timelines are available for urgent events.

Question 3

Do you deliver outside Phnom Penh?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide free direct delivery to offices across Phnom Penh, and ship reliably to all provinces (Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Battambang, Kampot, etc.) via trusted local logistics partners.

Question 4

Can we inspect a sample before full production?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Quality control is central to our process. Once your order details and logo are confirmed, we create a physical pre-production sample (embroidered or DTF-printed) for your inspection and sign-off before running the complete batch.

Question 5

What is the difference between Embroidery and DTF Printing?

Accepted Answer

High-Density Embroidery stitches thread directly into the fabric—durable, structured, and premium for corporate polos, workwear, and caps. DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing offers vibrant full-color heat transfer for multi-color gradients, intricate artwork, and performance sportswear.

Question 6

What size range do you offer for corporate teams?

Accepted Answer

We cater to all team sizes with inclusive unisex and tailored fits ranging from XS up to 6XL, along with physical sizing kits and measurement charts.

Question 7

What fabrics are available for uniforms and sportswear?

Accepted Answer

Corporate Polos: 220 GSM Combed Cotton, Cotton-Poly blends (T/C), and 4-way stretch interlock. Sport & Event T-Shirts: Breathable 4-way sesame sport fabric, quick-dry micro-mesh, and 100% ring-spun combed cotton.

Question 8

What file format do I need to send for our company logo?

Accepted Answer

Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG) produce the crispest embroidery and DTF results. If you only have a high-resolution PNG or JPG, our in-house design team can help convert and optimize it.

Question 9

What are your payment terms for corporate clients?

Accepted Answer

We standardly operate on a 50% deposit upon sample sign-off to initiate bulk fabric cutting and production, with the remaining 50% balance payable upon final delivery and inspection.
